Eat Real Food In Moderation - From Almost Fit

I like to share the helpful Health and especially food related blogs I come across. This one is a keeper for ideas on eating real food for health. I am a "real" food fanatic because I've seen the improvements in my health, energy and sleep all from eating real food, verses junk processed food. Anyway, go over to Almost Fit I'm sure you enjoy it as much as I do.

What is AlmostFit?

Almost Fit describes efforts to lose weight and improve health using a slow, holistic approach. The focus of the blog site can be boiled down to this:
Eat Real Food in Moderation. It's that simple - no low fat hacks, low carb tricks, extreme exercise attempts, drugs, supplements, or augmentation.

  2. Thank you so much for the link! I've really been enjoying keeping up with you all as well. In fact, I thought this was really funny - I have been working on an article on the benefits of milk over the last week or so, so when I saw your post and link to the article on milk it was definitely as if we were on the same wavelength. I'll be posting the article sometime in the next week or so (hopefully this weekend).

Thanks again, and I'm sending folks your way too - as I said, I think you all are doing great work here.

    Best,

  3. Hi Robin-
I have visited Almost Fit a number of times, and I do like his approach..and applaud his efforts. I recall reading in a book several years ago called The Tao of Balanced Diet, one of the keys is moderation or balance in all things...so true in so many areas, not just nutrition
