Some foods in the estrogen food list seems misleading. For example,Yam(1/4 cup) has only total Phytoestrogen 13.9 micro-gram that is insignicant to Tofu(1/4 cup) that has 8688 micro-gram total Phytoestrogen.
ReplyDeleteWhy Broccoli is estrogen inhibiting foods ? Broccoli(1/4 cup) has 18 micro-gram of Phytoestrogen that is more than what Yam has in a 1/4 cup.
