I was mostly a vegetarian for over 4 years. I had my own reasons for not eating meat, mainly I didn't like the taste and I couldn't handle the way feed lot animals were treated. Anyway when I started this blog back in 2007 I researched whole real foods and found that not every body can go vegetarian and be healthy. It's an individual thing based on your own nutritional type. I do eat some meat again based on my mixed nutrition needs.
